2008

SUNNY VN GROUP was founded by Co-Founder & CEO: Le Thanh Vu and his experienced associates.

Starting in 2008, the company, initially known as ACHV Logistics Joint Stock Company, was established and subsequently experienced robust growth over 12 years, becoming a trusted partner of many large domestic and international corporations such as Vietnam Airlines, UPS, EVER GREEN, OOCL VIETNAM CO. LTD, MEARSK, and establishing a solid reputation in the import-export field.

2020-2021

ACHV Logistics Joint Stock Company was transformed into SUNNY EXPRESS VIETNAM TRADING AND LOGISTICS JOINT STOCK COMPANY, and two additional companies were established:

• YG EXPRESS J.S.C (2021)
• ATO EXPRESS CO., LTD (2020)

2024

SUNSHINE LOGISTICS Joint Stock Company was officially established to further develop the core logistics business, expand into the Chinese market, cater specifically to factories and enterprises, and provide professional logistics solutions to contribute to the robust ecosystem of SUNNY VN GROUP.
